Your data

Your clients are yours. Your bookings, your prices, your history — all yours. You can take every bit of it with you whenever you want, and you don't need our permission or a support ticket to do it.

How to take it

Go to Settings → Your data and press Download my data. You get a ZIP file straight away containing:

• Your client list, with contact details and each client's history with you
• Every appointment — including cancellations and no-shows
• Your services, prices and deposit settings
• Your team, your opening hours and your venue profile
• Your discount codes and how often each was used

The spreadsheets open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. There's also a machine-readable copy of everything in the same file, so another system can import it without anyone retyping a thing.

If you leave

The download keeps working after you stop paying. That is deliberate: the moment you're most likely to need your client list is the moment you're leaving, and a company that switches it off then was never really giving it to you. Your records stay where they are until you ask us to delete them, and asking is one email to johnmmailey@gmail.com.

What we never do

• Sell your data, or your clients' data, to anyone
• Market to your clients on our own behalf, or advertise other venues to them
• Charge you to get your own records out, or make you ask us for them
• Take a commission on your bookings

Legally, the data your clients give you is yours to control and ours only to handle on your instructions. That's not a favour we're doing you — it is how it should work, and it is what our privacy policy commits us to.

What we delete on a schedule

Two things are cleared automatically, because keeping them serves nobody. Checkouts that were started and never paid for are deleted after 90 days, and contact records with no bookings and no marketing consent after 120 days. Completed and cancelled appointments are never deleted on a timer. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
